“I have a motto that I live by in all areas of my life and it drives me and keeps me in a peaceful and happy place!!! That motto is, “The only People we have to get even with are those who have helped us.”  With that in mind I think it will take a lifetime to get even with Jenn Burg!!!!!  I have struggled my entire life with my weight and my insecurities involving weight. And because I was NOT extremely overweight it was easy to overlook except my soul and my heart NEVER overlooked it.

I knew that I was NOT EVEN close to the me that I was created to be in the area of fitness, health and overall nutrition. Because I wasn’t  so bad, it could be pushed aside and rationalized that I was OKAY. Well at 63 I am not satisfied with Okay and thankfully  neither is  Dr. Jenn Burg, better known to me as Precious and amazing and encouraging and most hopeful Jenn!!!!

I have only been a part of her life changing program for 4 weeks and it is the best investment that I have made in myself!!!  So if you are like me and you are not satisfied with Okay, I would encourage you to love yourself and give Jenn a call. I am sure glad I did.

And if you do, then you too will have a lifetime of getting even!!!!

So many non-scale victories are finally making me create healthy habits that I feel like I can confidently maintain long-term.
